Note: If any one has forgotten to download XAT admit card and requires help in downloading same, then please send your XAT id and password asap to tipsforcat.mba@gmail.com


Important XAT Update (updated on 30th Dec 2011):
From this year, candidates are required to mark answers in OMR sheet using pen (either black or blue ball pen to be used). Therefore please ensure that you get fresh pens on the day of examination. Furthermore, no erasure is possible once the answers have been marked and no extra OMR sheet would be provided to candidates. The duration for the paper remains the same.


You might like to keep these points while practicing and preparing your strategy for the examination.

    Please get the transaction number from the credit card account.

    Send them a mail at: admissions@xatonline.net.in
    Mention the transaction number in the mail.

    Also try calling them on following helpline number:
    Call 1800 102 3256
    Working Hours Monday to Saturday
    08:00 - 22:00 HRS.

    Hi Anonymous,

    I hope as requested on SNAP website you have kept a photocopy of the payment receipt with yourself for further references. After 8-10 days of dispatching the form days you can try login in to following page by using your SNAP Id and password:
    Click on link below to check SNAP 2011 application status:
    SNAP application status

    Below are update related with SNAP Admit Card:
    SNAP Test Admit Card should be printed from the SNAP website. This will be operative from 06th December 2011 and will remain open till 18th December, 2011. Ensure the following.

    Download and take a print out of the Admit Card online.
    Bring the Admit card with the Photo Id Proof to the Test Centre. An acceptable photo identity is any one of the following,
    Passport.
    Driving license.
    College / Institute identity card.
    Credit card with photograph.
    Voter ID Card.
    Pan Card.

    Similarly XAT admit card would be available between 15 December 2011 and 31 December 2011 and take a print out of the same where the address of the test centre will be mentioned.

    I my XAT registration ID is XAT409031. Yesterday I was trying to login to my ID to download the Admit Card. But I am unable to login. I even called helpline number, the number showed was invalid, then I emailed but there is no response from them yet.

    Hello Divyani,

    Firstly do not panic at all, be calm!
    Below are few things which could help you:
    1. I tried calling on this number from my Vodafone mobile and I got call waiting 1800 102 3256. Which means the number is not invalid. Please DO NOT prefix 0 or +91 before the number and then try.
    2. Are you able to make login at below XAT login page:

    If no then please try Forgot Password option by using this page by providing your DOB and XAT registration number:

    As per the dates given by XLRI, it should be available for download beyond 15th Dec 2011, its already 20th so it must be out to download.

    Dear Anonymous,

    Ideally Id Proof for XAT should be any of the following:
    - PAN Card
    - Voter Id Card
    - Aadhaar Card
    - Passport

    But I know XAT exam conducting body is quite flexible and they have also accepted:
    - College Id card
    - Bank Passbook
    - Employee Card in case you are working

    The id card should have your photo and name clearly mentioned which could be used to identify you.

    If you have not then please try it immediately. The link to download admit card is given at the top of this page.



    If you are unable to download send a mail at: admissions@xatonline.net.in
    Mention all your details and registration number in the mail.

    Also call them on following helpline number immediately, have your details ready before giving them a call:

    Do not loose hope, wait for their reply & keep calling them. Do let me know what did they tell you when you called them, also if you are lossing all hope send me your login details at tipsforcat.mba@gmail.com, I will try my best from my end.
    Also I hope you have tried to download the admit card from different computer as well and different browser too. If not try from different computer using Internet Explorer browser.

      Seems ITM do not have cutoff scores, they select you on the basis of Composite Marking System including your past academics,entrance exam scores and how well you perform in GD&PI. Hence forth if you are graduate with entrance exam like MAT,XAT,CAT,GMAT and State CET than you can surely apply for our ITM PGDM iConnect 2012.

      Below is analysis of ITM Mumbai.
      Its mediocre college, ITM Rank in B-Schools of India would be around 70

      Pros:
      Location
      Decent infrastructure

      Cons
      Placements (Average salary of ITM is 3.5 Lakhs)
      High cost relative to placements

      If you surely want to join a college this year, then only join ITM or else drop an year and Crack CAT (only if you have confidence on your abilities).
