Group Discussion still plays an important role in the admission process for most of the MBA colleges. Apart from being able to communicate fluently what matters the most is the thoughts which you put in your speech.

GD Guidelines:

Below are tips for participating in a Group Discussion:

Maintain eye contact while you are speaking to the group.

Don't try to look towards examiners or judges.

Show genuine interest in the discussion by being involved throughout the GD.

Try to moderate the group if discussion is going out of hand.

Allow other participants to speak.

Try to be first or second speaker in your GD.

Be a good listener and speak clearly.
